A solution to MMR and ELO !

Have you ever played cs go ? If not it is a fun game which requires a lot of skill I am a Global elite ! it is kinda like Master in league or diamond 1... The game is a team based game you need tactics to win ! i play solo Q cs go and lol . But in cs go i can talk to my team mates even tho if they suck and i get the mos kills ( frags ) i dont loose much ello or mmr ! So i am saying if we could take this system of match play into cs go i am bronze 2 in LoL i cant seem to get out no matter how hard i try i just cant ive played lol since season 2 and been playing cs go for 2 years . I feel like individual skill should be factored into how much you win/loose mmr or ello its just sad when you go to my match history and see me go 12/6 with an adc but the top lane fed rengar so he just bursts you down with no time to react .. even tho i have a second account i play on which is gold 4 but it has like 20 champs and no skins while my original acc has 100 champs and 50 skins i swear rito hates me :( ![zombie-nunu-tears]

league is not a FPS. kills don't win the game.

It'd honesty be better to just use the champion mastery grade given at the end of matches to adjust how much mmr and Lp a person is awarded. Champion mastery scores take into account almost every individual performance metric, are specific to champion and the role played, and wouldn't require any kind of massive system overhaul. Got an S in a loss? Lose, I dunno, 10 less lp and mmr than normal. Got a C- in a win? Gain 10 less than usual. Something simple like this would make achieving an accurate ranking far faster and games less frustrating.

I've been proposing this exact thing since season 3. All we got was the first half with a champion mastery score...
