[Champion] Etherius, the Mages' Geist

Passive - Etherial : Etherius does not collide with units or player created walls. Only the natural walls of the rift will stop his movement.
Q - Spectral Sphere : Fires a sphere that doesn't collide or damage any units, and at max range, or on second cast, it explodes dealing *Flat(+50% AP) to units within 100 range of the center. Any minions killed by the spell have their souls remain for 1 second as allied minions that cannot be targeted. Retains the targeting of allied minions. Cost 50/55/60/65/70 mana /// CD 16/14/12/10/8 seconds /// projectile range 600, projectile speed ^Flat
W - Soul Drain : Etherius links himself to a targeted enemy, stealing mana/reducing secondary resource by 5/10/15/20/25% of the target's resource(+1% per 100 AP), and stealing movespeed by 4/6/8/10/12% for 2 seconds. If the enemy breaks free of the link, all the stolen mana/lost secondary resource is restored over 1 second and Etherius is stunned for .5 second. If the link isn't broken, the change is permanent (not the movespeed). Cost 50/45/40/35/30% current mana /// CD 20 seconds /// link initiate range 400, link max range 500.
E - Wisp Form : Etherius becomes a Wisp, gaining 10/15/20/25/30% movespeed and can pass through all walls for 2 seconds, but cannot cast other spells in Wisp Form. He slows any units he passes through by 4/6/8/10/12% Cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana /// CD 20 seconds
R - Posses : Etherius Possesses a target champion for .5/1/1.5(+.5 per 100 AP) seconds, but can only control movement, and the enemy can still use abilities while possessed(yes, that includes movement abilities too). Etherius appears at a location within Etherius's max attack range in the last direction he was moving, or at the location of the possessed champion if and when they die. If an enemy champion dies while possessed, Etherius gains x AP, where x is the number of kills the target had(+5 * the target's level). This bonus is lost if Etherius dies, and is replaced if he gains the bonus again (meaning this bonus AP cannot stack). Cost 100/150/200 mana /// CD 180/150/120 /// Possession Range 200

Tell me what y'all think. He has amazing utility, but lacks any substantial damage. I think he would make a good Supp or Top laner, due to the immense utility based kit. Maybe even better Top lane due to the Minion conversion of his Q. If built bulky, he could pose a serious threat as a utility Tank. I created him based on the idea that he IS a geist(ghost, spirit) and his job isn't as much to do lots of damage from the after-life, but to haunt the enemy team(especially the most ahead carry). He can effectively counter any 'waller'(Anivia, Jarvan) personally and can have his team wreck anyone who's just barely out of position, but he WILL rely on having plenty of damage on his team to actually kill anything(better left getting assists anyways).
