If you agree that all Skins should be available for purchase, instead of having to wait 8 YEARS just for a certain Skin that you want!!

They re-release none limited skins during events (example it's lunar revel so you can get firecracker jinx again, or next snow down you could get the snowday Gnar skin again) so it's like 1 year unless it's a limited skin in which case you missed your chance if you don't have it (example Pax Jax)
