The nerfs are justified. She was way too powerful and the fact that she could build full tank and still murder people was ridiculous.

Ha, it seem like everyone, and everything I like, riot is making weaker! 1st Fiora, now item 3139 (~~75%~~ Attack Damage ⇒ 65% Attack Damage).

Thanks for ruining my favorite Blade. Why stop at 65%, why not make it 15% (idiots)!

Nothing justifies this Crap! Every since they took away Blade Waltz, I can't get a single kill! But this problem is being worked on by a Russian hacker who kept Her original files, before they screwed Her up.

they make her weaker? you are missing 1% base hp true damage, but get a fix 4.5% bonus ad skaling - what was the value at max - and 1% true damage is about 22 AD you need more then before to be even with the old system + .. well you are rewarded for building ad instead of tank ...
