IP Betting on friends

So perhaps this is a stupid idea (probably was brought up before i ever even started playing) but i think it would be a cool idea to allow us to bet on our friends to win. But only for our friends to win (that way they do not throw a match so that you make money). The idea would of course require you to place the bet before the game starts. You would be allowed to see the champions picked by both sides (perhaps during that 5 minute wait you have to do when spectating a friend when they first get into the game.) It would allow you to gain IP while supporting your friends. It would of course need to have some way for it to prevent people from making tons of IP by only watching people but it would simply be an idea to bounce off of people's heads.

Seeing as both teams can easily talk to each other with all chat this would be a bad idea. That and more of an issue is that you can just bet on a challenger smurf and that would very much lead to a league of legends black market that already exist on other stuff such as accounts. Some challenger or a bronze scammer claiming to be a challenger can make an account and get people to bet on him. There are no work around for such a cheat sense even if you only allow it to be done on accounts that have existed for a while or you've been friends with for a while. These people will just buy accounts from the already existing market of bots farming on 3v3 and dominion. These bots can be programmed to add people to their friends list for a future farming of ip if you make it so they have to be friends for a certain amount of time. Really any idea you come up with it will just make the job harder but not impossible. Riot will never even think about implementing this idea
