Boots of life ?

I was just wondering why isn't there a pair of boots that gives HP. I feel like it's missing and should be there. We always have option to stack whether armor/MR/HP on almost any item path.

Anyone else feel like it would be nice to have a pair of boots with a passive Bonus HP (flat) + HP regen rate increase.

Could call of boots of life or Warmog's Boots

I don't know about getting flat HP from boots, but I could see boots that give Hp5

item 1001 + item 1006 + + 500 gold

I think +100 or +150 Base Health Regeneration and/or some sort of passive like

% max health regeneration
% missing health regeneration
Spell Vamp
Omni Vamp (Lifesteal and Spellvamp)

They don't want boots for everything, I think.
