Can we have rewards for players that own all of the skins in store?

Hi, I have been spending so much money on this game and I own every single skins in the store, including the holiday exclusives and 3 loot box rare skins. I wish there will be reward for people who own all of the skins in store, like a summoner icon or a skin.

An icon would be an interesting thing for this, but it's a bit odd -- do you only get it when you own everything, and lose it when you don't? Would have hard to track, and a bit unfair to people who might have had everything in the past.

I could see some sort of reward icon for X skins or something though, since that's easier to track and doesn't run into problems with new content.
