Jarvan 4 Stuck between rock and flag when EQ

This has been happened a lot to me when I play J4.

After I use EQ near by a rock, for example , I eq to the banana bush and then that will get me stuck between the rock and the flag. My champion will just wiggle wiggle and wiggle for like 5 sec to get out.
