Inspiration: Horror games and genre, when you play such games you always wonder, how does the player always end up dying without an existing health bar. the presence of such a thing in video games bring fear to the players regardless if you see them or not, just knowing they are in game is just terrifying and i thought to myself how would a non damaging kit meant to scare the player work on league of legends. To help make the fear more visible in game play feel, why not give 2 new forms of crowd control that doesn't kill but lingers the enemy player in a more mental state. What I meant by mental crowd control is that when a player is attacking farm and is 1 hit away from killing and dying from a jungle farm and all of a sudden your action canceled on you as the monster is about to take his last hit in, that my friend is true fear. Imagine a scenario you almost have your ultimate ability in or a skill ready to do what you planned in your head but all of a sudden your plans starts to crash as you notice your cool down has been extended and you cant flash away from your enemies like you wanted as if your plans were insignificant.
