Unavailable Gp Skin?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the Gankplank skin if at all possible and i makes me mad because I have wanted to have all the skins for certain champs and now I don't for one of my favorite champs.

Play as Gangplank in a Matchmade lobby. Solo only. This includes AI matches. Not customs though. You get it when the event ends.
