Perma Suspended Account for something I never did?

So I haven't played league in a few weeks but someone got access to my accounts not just my league and changed my password and as soon as it happens I try to put a support ticket in can't because the password is changed so I have to fix that then I finally get a response and they are saying they're not looking into it any further and that they will not change their decision. If put a lot of time and money into league because it's a good game and riot is a good company. I would never have done something after putting that much work into my account. I have never had offenses for anything else and just boom perma suspension. Does anyone else think that this is a bit harsh with out them even looking into it?
