Crocell, The Terrible Greed

Long ago, before become the infamous Sheriff of Plitover there was man named Crocell. Despite his family background as one of the wealthy and well-known business man from Piltover, Crocell's greed upon something that he haven't possess is such an abomination. Since he was a child, he stole money from a beggar then accused the beggar for robbery and use the money ONLY to buy a cheap toy that he briefly wrecked. Then when he turns to adult, as many people believe that "nothing goes unpunished" Crocell meet his doom. He heard a rumor about a beautiful "Shuriman Black Diamond" from the fallen ancient Shurima's empire, eager to grasp that diamond to brag upon himself Crocell persuade his father to make an expedition to Shurima desert. For 2 long years of waiting and gathering information, Crocell got the key information about the location of the fallen empire. Without any hesitation, Crocell make his move and soon he found the entrance to the ruins of the empire. Unlucky for him, the entrance was guarded by an ancient spirit that demands only one man can enter and the rest must gives the heart to the spirit. So Crocell tricked his men and put a sleeping herb to the food, so one by one Crocell rips the heart of his men and gave it to the spirit. Even the ancient spirit is quite surprised how can a human can collect 25 heart in one night and kept it fresh, but promise is a promise so the guard allow him to enter. As he enters, he saw so many beautiful relic and treasure made of gold and diamond. He took it as much as he could take until he walks in limp, and after 2 days of exploring and taking everything he could carry he finally stand upon a gigantic vault. Out of nowhere an old man showed up and said, "young one, you must been sacrificing so many beloved thing to enter here. And by the look of you, you haven't feel enough even though you already took so many beautiful things. Now what it would be seem to satisfy your greed?". Crocell said "The Black Diamond is my only target, the rest of it is just an exchange cost of my sacrifice". Then the old man quietly replied "but you need the last heart to take that diamond from the vault!", it took only 5 seconds for Crocell to make his mind and slash the head of the old man and once again he rip the heart. And after putting the heart of the old man near the vault, the door slowly crackles and begin to open. There he saw the Black Diamond on the mouth of a statue of nightmarish dark creature, then without any doubt he took it. But after 1 single step for Crocell to exit the vault, the statue hisses and said "you've been told, you need the last heart to open the vault. but it seems you still have one, so i will take it from you.". Crocell never panicked from stealing for his whole life, but now his heart seems want to burst out of his own chest. Upon the last minute of ripping Crocell's heart, the statue suddenly paused and said "you have terrible greed in your heart, perhaps i could use you". Then once again without hesitation Crocell said "i will do anything to live", then the statue said "very well, i will keep your beating heart here with me. But you have to keep stealing everything your heart desire and i mean EVERYTHING, and take it here so that my collection of wealth will grows.". And so the deal was made, Crocell was given a new form of nightmarish leech with his heart outside the body and shape like the Black Diamond. After that he go back to piltover and across Runeterra thereafter, and wait every night to steal and carved his initial "C" for Crocell for every thievery he has done. But soon the word about Institute of War reach the statue and it demands Crocell with simple task, "bring me as many as Champion's soul as your hand could reach, now i give you another gift". The statue made Crocell's icky hand can grow longer and gave him an ability to spit an poisonous black tar to trap the pray and an ability to trap the soul in his black diamond heart, by the command of his master Crocell joins the League of Legend to fulfill its wishes.

Crocell is a Ranged Fighter type Champion,

Heath : 550 (+70 per level) Mana : 260 (+38 per level) Attack Damage : 50 (+3.5 per level) Attack Speed : 0.650 (+5.5% per level) Movement Speed : 330 Health Regen : 3.0 (+0.5 per level) Armor : 21 (+2 per level) Magic Resist : 35 (+0 per level)

Abilities :

Passive : The Terrible One, any enemy's Champion will got their movement speed reduced by 30% for 3 seconds for a small radius of Crocell when facing him. Upon the death of any enemy's Champion near Crocell, he can activated his passive and turn static and untargetable for 3 seconds as he transfer the fallen soul to his master (90 seconds cooldown).

Active :

Q Skill : Let Me Take It, Crocell's arms grows and grab a single target of enemy's Champion and stick to it (Crocell will follow the movement of the targeted Champion for 5 seconds unless he got disable by stun, snare, etc) and drain the HP and tranferred it to his own. Dealing 35/55/75/95 (+50% of Ability Power).

W Skill : Stick To It, Crocell vomit a pool of sticky black tar and slow the movement for all nearby enemy's Champion by 50% for 3 seconds (he can cast it while "Let Me Take It" skill is active.

E Skill : Why Hesitate, Crocell throw a cone of terrifying shout in front of him and stun the enemies unit and champs for 1 second. Dealing 10/40/70/100/130 (+120% Attack Damage).

R Skill (Ultimate) : For My Master, Crocell create a spectral trap to the lowest based HP enemy's champ near him and kept it static for 5 seconds and dealing 150/250/350 (+70% Attack Damage) but the trap is transferred to the first teammates Champion who dealt damage to the trapped enemy's Champion.
