ITEM & CHAMP'S SKILLS EXPLANATION, AND NEW FEATURE

Hey RIOT,

It's me again, just want to say that as a player i need get well informed about what i'm going to do before and after i played a game. So (i assumed that you have a VERY GOOD reasons) how come the explanation about items and skills is different on and off the game? i mean if i need to get information about one of my fav Champ like , i didn't got complete information about him before i entered the game. Supposed that i want to calculate the damage of his passive based on how much total health he has, i couldn't do it because the explanation of the skills off the game is different from on the game. I mean come on, how come i wish to have a good teammates if they not well informed before he/she go into the game? it is the bigger odds that i ended up with some players trying to do something new (and ended up with something stupid instead) because of this matter. And for the New Feature of this matter is, i wish RIOT to have some "special room" that can allow players to do some EXACT calculations about what happened if the player's champ is using all of the recommended items or even if they want to try something new. For example if i use all of my recommended items on (a former Hybrid Champ) how much total damage he has on level 18, and if i change them all with whatever items i picked what will happened? his total damage, his total health, his total Armor and etc. Do you know why i said this matter to you RIOT? I'M FAKING TIRED OF MANY PLAYERS SAID THAT "THIS IS JUST A GAME OR HEY THIS IS A NORMAL MODE AND NORMAL MADE FOR PRACTICE"...FAK THOSE GUYS!!! I DISLIKE tomatoes but i can't force people to think the same as me right? you guys maybe think that this is just A game, but to me this is THE game. so RIOT as i said many more on my board (you may checked the history if you still have it dude =D) i don't mind you using all of my idea freely (i'm not worried about the Law of Copyright shiit and neither should you my dear RIOT), because to me this is my MOST favorite game and i want it to more than THE BEST.
