I don't know where to put this. But i was thinking it would probably be more interesting if league made different creatures for the rift's drakes. They should keep infernal the same. But for ocean drake, maybe make him a sea creature? the earth one, make him a sandy monster and so on. It's better than having a dragon shooting water. Thanks!

Could definitely see a sea serpent, as technically Lochy is still a relation to an Eastern dragon in form. Earth could certainly be a mountain giant (though right now, it may look too similar to blue buff) Wind could be all sorts of things, but since its main attribute is to attack really fast and give you movespeed, I'd say a giant bird would be best. I wouldn't make it an eagle though: they already have Bird of Prey Anivia, and LOTR would call copyright infringement. :P Maybe base it off a hummingbird or a woodpecker...but HUGE and actually dangerous.
I always liked the idea of having random rifts (from the void for example) appear in the dragon pit where it will spawn a unique monster from a large selection. Drakes just feel like an unnecessary element to the game which is only used to make games more snowbally rather than interesting, in terms of what they give to the team. Same goes for Baron and Elder.
I don't mind Dragons, but I wish they didn't just gave you a bonus to your stats.
