[Champion Concept] Jesse, The Iron Maiden

ABILITIES
Passive: Better Metal, Better Weapon Jesse uses the iron she has to improve her weapon. As armor is increased, Jesse's attack speed is increased.
Attack Speed is raised by 25% for every 70 Armor
Q: Ion Cannon Jesse fires an orb the size of
's un-empowered Q.
When coming in contact with something (Terrain, Monster, or enemy Minions and Champs) it explodes in a small AOE radious slightly larger than the original orb dealing 35/50/75/90/110 (+ 65% Armor) and slowing the target by 35% for 1.25 seconds If it does not come in contact with anything, it fizzles out and disappears.

W: Jet Propulsion Jesse activates her rocket boots to leap a further distance.
This ability gives Jesse mobility allowing her to keep up with her mobile target or setup a flank. If she lands on a champion/monster/minion (150 radius around Jesse's landing) they take 35/55/65/85/95 (+ 25% Armor)

E: Iron Skin Jesse's harsh training with metal allows her to strengthen her skin into hard armor.
Passive: 6% of damage done to Jesse is converted back into health over 3 seconds
Active: Armor is raised by 30/50/70/90/120
and healing on her from all sources is multiplied by 15%. Passive
is removed after duration and returns after cooldown.

R: Iron Maiden Jesse's brings fourth two huge metal beams and smashes them together, crushing her foes.
Two beams are extended from Jesse's hands on her left and right.
After 1 second (while extending the beams) Jesse smashes them together
in a 180 degree arc. Enemies in the arc are moved to the collision of the
metal beams, dealing 200/300/400 (+ 100 for every 1000 Health)(+100% Armor) and
are stunned for 1.5 Seconds.
As a visual aid, imagine holding your hands straight out left and right then clapping them together.
Cost: 100/125/150 Cooldown: 125/100/80 Range: Beams extend 350 Units from each hand and Swing together in a 180 Degree Arc. So... Math... Attack Type: Radial Skillshot Auto-Attack Reset: (I mean since it takes over a second to complete, it kinda is lol) Total Skill Duration: 1.5 Seconds. (beams smash together in .5 seconds after extending)
