New tactical support Idea

"Name goes here" - I am bad with names feedback will be required. Nom de Guerre - The Daredevil of "Location he comes from"

Passive - Increased movement speed toward the last ally champion you used an ability on. Increased movement speed while moving away from the last enemy champion you used an ability upon.

Q - "Novocain" - Applies a 35% slow and applies a 15% damage reduction increase. ( Target friend or foe ) Edit: Maybe add an AD-debuff from sluggishness?

W - "Dispel" - Removes all buffs / debuffs on selected champion. ( Target friend or foe )

E - "Danger-zone" - mild-sized AoE leap-stun. ( Details need feedback )

R - "Misdirection" - Target champion becomes invisible for 3.5 seconds and gains 15% damage for 5 seconds after breaking concealment.

This is just something conceived over the past hour so tell me if I'm an idiot or if this is workable. This champion obviously lacks damage which is why I'll be marking it as a support.
