Since this is a damaging ability and dash-block is there a reason this ability does not grant assists on the enemy champion's death or is it possible this is an overlooked bug?

It could be coded as "They're doing the damage to themselves" instead of Poppy actively doing it since poppy does not directly control the damage aspect of the ability
