Champion idea's

I've always thought there should be a more open field for players to send in champion idea's and to have them become actual creations. I realize this has happened in the past but it has been very rare. There should be a section of the web site where players can post concept art for their own champion creations, or just the idea's for their powers and so on. Here's what I think it should be like, Riot searches through the obviously massive amount of ideas that will definitely be posted if this is ever added, and pick one they believe is the best or is the top rated. To be clear this will apply to skins as well, not just completely new champion idea's. To start this off I'd like to give Riot the idea for the Pulse Fire Jarvan skin. I'm sure you've heard this idea before as it has been floating around awhile but has never gained enough speed for Riot to notice. I'm thinking Jarvan in silver and glowing blue armor and his ult would be silver and glowing blue lines running through it, I realize the details are vague but I'd like to see if anyone is interested before going to far. Please respond to this and LIKE it, it would really help us all out as I'm sure we've all wanted to make our very own champions.
