Subroutine Jungler?

Ok so you know how CL4P-TR4P in Boarder Lands Presequel has a perk called Subroutines, what if there was a jungler that had that type of ability where it reads what type of enemies there are and aren’t (like if the enemy has ranged but no ap) then it randomly picks like “deal more damaged to melee champs but ranged take less damage” or “deal more damage to magic dealing champions but deal less damage to attack damage champions” and it continuously cycles and picks a different Subroutine. But if there is no AP on the team then that subroutine isn’t read. It can also be certain races too like “deal more damage to void champs but deal less damage to human champs”
