Improving the ranked system and overall skill of league players.

Before I get into my ideas, I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea because I am a low elo player, and these ideas are aimed more at the low elo players rather than the higher elo players. I am just looking for ways to improve my game play and skill along with other summoners game play to enjoy the game more. I have a few ideas that may improve the ranked system and skill of league players. Hopefully you take my ideas into consideration. First off I'd like to explain to you that the ranked system is something that has been complained about a lot, and I have a few ways to possibly improve it. Now if a league of legends player was to have to achieve a certain mastery level with a champion before being able to play the champion in ranked, it would not only eliminate players being able to play champs they've never played and costing games, it would also allow the player to have more fun because they know how to play their champion. Another idea that I have is to have a set of 5 games that must be played at the beginning of each season and each summoner will be graded throughout the 5 games, and be graded on various aspects of the game including, creep score, kda, ward placement, etc. If the player is able to average a scored of a B for those 5 games, they are then qualified to played their placements and play ranked, but for those who do not achieve an average of a B for those 5 games, must play 50 normal games before being able to play the 5 ranked games again. This will improve the players skills, and make them work harder to get better in order to play ranked. My last idea is summoners being required to play a certain amount of games at a specific role in order to be able to play role in ranked. So a summoner who wants to play jungle in ranked, must have a minimum of 100 games played in the jungle over the course of their journey from level 1 to 30. This will also improve the players skills not only at the game, but the specific role so they understand the role before playing it in a game mode that matters. I am also aware that my ideas may have some flaws, but overall these ideas may improve the game.
