New champion idea.

Hello, I just tough about Freljord or Bilgewater new champion. It would be a male marksman (why male and why marksman?), in Freljord there is only one marksman and it is Ashe, so it would be cool to see a male marksman in Freljord too! In Bilgewater there was Graves as a marksman, he is still however some kind of marksman, but not that kind to go to marksman lane (Bot lane). So my idea is to make a new male marksman for Freljord or Bilgewater.

For Freljord the man came from melting iceberg or some kind of ice lake, cave. Sure in Freljord it's hard to believe that somewhere in there would melt something, but what if that man awakens, and his magical power starts melting ice around him, and that's how he came to be alive again, why would he be awoken? Who knows, but League Of Legends needs his help! It could look like a frozen "ghost" or something like Ornn, manly, maybe it would have some lights/ghost thing coming out of him, since he got awoken by his unnatural magic "flames" or some kind of that, for weapon I tough it could look cool for a ghost/blue flame magic marksman a pistol or a sniper, maybe even shotgun or magic gun.

For Bilgewater the man came from the oceans, far far away from unknown kind of ocean, he came into Bilgewater with his giant ship full of food and materials to keep him alive, he stays here and says to all Bilgewater people that his home got destroyed by unknown monsters (more likely void creature or any other monstrous creature), and he was wandering in the oceans for months or even years, he asks for people if he can stay and serve for them, because he got nowhere to go, so they agreed, now the man is one of the Bilgewater hunter, he seeks revenge for those who destroyed his home. He could look like a cowboy style man, like a Twisted Fate, but with some kind of style from his hometown, he could use pistol, its more popular for cowboys, shotgun would look suitable for him too, but who knows? Maybe he could have any kind of magical gun.
