Chromas skin ideas.

Hello, my idea is that Riot could give you a special chroma skin at certain level (or mastery points level) for that champions, example if you achieve half million points on that champion you get special edition chroma permanent, another idea is if Riots could increase mastery levels from 7 to 10, you could get a special chroma for that champion at level 10 mastery. Chromas could be on default skins, chromas could be available anytime or for a season (like victorious skins, but you have to play with certain champion, not competing in ranked/flex games), every season different chromas, sure if you would miss one season, that chroma would never be available to get, just like victorious skins. But personally I like chromas for certain mastery point level idea, anyone could get it, even many seasons later.
