Blind Pick + Ban 5

This is an idea for a blind ban phase. Each player has the ability to hover a single ban. The whole team gets 30 seconds to agree on the bans they are hovering, or to argue whether or not each hover should be banned. ("Dont ban Kat I want to play her" etc)

The upside of doing this is that you reduce the entire ban phase to 30 seconds max. It can go faster if everyone locks in their ban before the timer runs out. It could be 45 seconds if 30 is too short.

The downside to this is that both teams could blindly ban the same champs, since they are doing ban phase at the same time, resulting in wasted bans.
