I can give you pretty decent concept art, in dept explanations of how I see him/her and full creative freedom. Its 100% free. I just wanted to make a champ, get my name out there, or not. Its really raw but his kit is pretty ok. (probably not gonna be the worst you've read) picture AOE Master Yi.

Passive: Resin's doesn't have a mana pool. Instead he has 4 bars. He starts off with 1 full that will never dissipate. The 3 other bars charge at a moderately slow tempo or are immediately filled 1 at a time if he gets a kill or assist.

_Resin's whole kit is based around his passive. Each bar represents 1/4 of a circle around the crystalline team-nuker (Resin). If he has 4 bars its a full circle, if 2 its a half-circle skillshot, and 1 is a cone skillshot. 3 is 3/4 of a circle if you were wondering. About the size of the Galio ult. _

Q: SingSong: A charged ability slows by 20%. He needs wave clear. Similar to Sion's Q no knock-up though. He can move while charging but must momentarily stop to cast. After casting a fully charged Q he gets a small burst of moment speed.

W: Shatter: A channeled ability. Resin holds in place ready to shatter, if a basic attack or single target ability hits him he shatters dealing aoe damage in a smaller circle. He can reform on any enemy, ally, or neutral visible in the relative vicinity. He can only be shattered from a direction predetermined by him unless he has 4 bars so that its aoe. You can out range this ability.

W: |Passive| Shard: All enemies damaged by Resin's abilities become marked and have a ring that allows Resin to jump to them with 175 extra range and deal percent health. The range can possibly scale with level.

E: Singularity: A self-targeted cc. Become a larger Trundle pillar. Abilities like Twitch ult are 40% damage after passing through the pillar as he acts as multiple people when in this state. He also takes reduced damage and returns some damage taken back as aoe damage. He heals all of the damage reduced. He can absorb damage from all angles but only deal it in certain directions depending on how many passive stacks he has. This ability deals damage as it is taken not at the end or beginning, or whenever.

R: Sharpen: Gain 3 bars for 6 seconds and a burst of moment speed. You gain your W passive on your next auto and the damage dealt will aoe in a circle and proc the passive. So you can't just ult for pressure you have to use it.

> He should have high scaling stat wise but will suck like GP early, but he doesn't have it as bad because he has a support. Similar to Illaoi in the fact that most of his counter-play comes from avoiding him when he uses his passive but different in the sense that its much harder to because hes far more sticky and important to kill, and harder to kill.
