Champion and Skin Shards (Idea)
We should be able to trade champion and skin shards like some childhood trading card game, it would make the community more connected and encourage friendliness.

yea and how about they actually give you key frags after you win 50 something odd times! I've been trying to get a third key frag for almost a week now how about fixing these issues first
