I was thinking about useless items in league and after realizing that

, I thought why not remove all together and put the mobi passive on 
... then removing 
from the game also. It would make support items way smoother. Just a thought.. (also this is my first post)

Well technically, it's passive is "enhanced mobility." No one would buy it because it wouldn't stack with your boot item.
Unless your intent is to give it a different passive name, or allow it to work in Lieu of a normal boot item. Either of which would make that item line ridiculous. (Considering it already combineds gold gen and warding.) And completely out strip the value that those item's counter parts have. (And some people actually like FQC)
And actually Mobi boots arn't that bad. I find out of combat MS to be highly undervalued. (Especially when combined with other MS items.) Though it would be fair to say that out of combat MS may not be meta at the moment.
Good idea but they should buff Ruby Sightstone, not remove it.
