Anchorman Nautilus Skin

Look, I don't have any concept art or anything, but if any artistically inclined summoners are on board with my idea, I think Anchorman Nautilus would be a great skin idea, styled parallel to PrimeTime Draven. PrimeTime Draven has nobody else to enjoy his media-themed skin alongside, and who better to build a punny skin around than Nautilus? After all, we already have AstroNautilus. What do you guys think Anchorman Nautilus would/should look like?
