I was thinking a bit...
With Karma's Update/Rework, she lost the fans that she never really used.
So, I was thinking why not get a concept in for Kitana (of Mortal Kombat fame) and not only play into her fans, but the fact they can swap between fan and dagger state? I think using Energy for her would be appropriate.
Passive:
Kitana's attacks reduce enemy armor by 1-10 (Kitana's Level/2 + 1). Lasts 2 seconds and stacks up to 3 times.
Q (Daggers):
Kitana Dashes to her target, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+90% total AD) physical damage. This damage is increased by 1% for every 1% of missing HP her target has.
Energy: 60/55/50/45/40 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8
Q (Fans):
Kitana's next basic attack strikes twice, dealing 150% of her total AD. If this attack is the killing blow, the cooldown is reset.
Energy: 40/35/30/25/20 Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3
W (Daggers):
Kitana teleports to her target, stunning them for 1.5 seconds.
Energy: 20/15/10/5/0 Cooldown: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12
W (Fans):
Kitana knocks back all enemies in front of her 400 distance and pushes herself back 200.
Energy: 60/55/50/45/40 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14
E (Daggers):
Kitana gains 25/30/35/40/45% attack speed for 3 seconds. Each attack on a champion during this time increases the duration by 1 second, up to a maximum of 6 seconds. Resets attack animation.
Energy: 50 Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/11.5/10
E (Fans):
Kitana empowers her basic attacks for 4 seconds, slowing the target's movement 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds and dealing bonus magic damage equal to 3/4/5/6/7% of their maximum health.
R: Swap Swaps to Battle Fans/Daggers. Daggers is the default mode. Daggers mode is melee and increases her bonus AD by 5/10/15/20%. In Fans mode, her attacks become ranged, but she has 15/10/5/0% reduced total AD. Each mode has its own cooldowns and separate skills.
Available at level 1. No Cost Cooldown: 12/10/8/6
