Question time

So I have a barrage of ideas and questions.

1. why isn't there a GP skin for halloween or april fools, called GangPrank or GrandPrank?
2. why isn't there a skin for GP called GrandPlank, and he would be like a huge walking, shooting wooden plank?
3. why isn't there a Teemo skin, Sataneemo? Self explanatory
4. Can vel'koz cry? and how big the tear would be if he can {{summoner:2}}
5. Carpenter braum, as in he would run around with a huge a$$ door, wearing a yellow builder helmet, with dusty, working clothes.
