Champion concept | Hyper-aggressive Skirmisher Kit
#Disclaimer: This is like my first kit I've actually like made and you can tell I pulled a lot of the numbers out of my ass and obviously it hasn't been play tested. I hope you can just get the general idea of the kit though.

Ok so this is the image I found (By Raymond Griego) and I made a kit around the vibe I got from it. I'm not going to bother making lore or naming anything since his aesthetic just doesn't fit in the League universe. ##TL;DR He's a skirmisher that hunts you down. And don't you love overloaded kits?
He has a slender, hostile frame while also looking futuristic so I got the vibe of a bounty hunter. There's also obviously emphasis on his left arm so I tried to emphasize that in his kit. P-Imagine them ripping chunks out of you(I know, brutal) Q-Imagine them rushing to you, grabbing you with his left hand and then blasting you with the same hand W-Shoot projectile from hand E-He changed his vision with the 6 eyes he has like a "Hunter vision" or some shit" R-Again, the hand

Elimination: For every enemy killed in the blast a portion of your missing health is restored, mana is restored and the remaining cooldown is reduced by 12%.

Shoot a projectile dealing physical damage. If an enemy is hit while within 475 units of you, they will be slowed for 1 second. If the enemy has recently been damaged within the last 4 seconds before being hit by "W", they will leave a trail which when stepped on, you will Pursue them.
Stepping on the trail will leave you unable to cast "E".

##The Pursuit: Once in The Pursuit you will gain 30% out-of-combat movement speed and all champions within a certain radius begin to leave a trail that only you will be able to see. Once walking over a trail you will begin to Pursue the champion that left that trail. Once Pursuing a champion you will being to gain tenacity, slow resistance and gradually gain 150% movement over 3 seconds. If you attack a champion other than the one you are pursuing, The Pursuit will end. If you fail to damage a champion during The Pursuit the ability will go on cooldown.
##Active: If an enemy champion leaves vision or a 1200 unit radius around you, within 3 seconds you may cast this ability to enter The Pursuit.
#R Cooldown: 180 / 165 / 150 / 135 / 120 seconds First cast ||| Cost: 75 / 90 / 115 / 130 / 145 mana | AD Gained: 15 / 17 / 19 / 21 / 23 +(0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75% of your missing health) Second cast ||| Target range: 650
##First cast: Disarm, silence and slow yourself by 90% for 2 seconds gaining massive amounts of AD based on your missing health that lasts for 5 seconds. ##Second cast: Root and disarm yourself releasing a medium range blast in a cone dealing 150% of your AD 1 second. Will go off automatically after 5 seconds. May cast E during first cast.
