skin idea- surfing bird Anivia

Well everybody's heard about the bird...but this bird needs a new summer skin.

passive- looks a little like blackfrost animation with surfboards for the ice crystals surrounding it.

Q first cast- beach ball Second cast- ball pops

W- surfboard stand rack

E- a surfboard that has the symbol of the avarosan on the top of it

R- Swirling waves that have a sign saying "caution riptide" in the middle once it reaches max size, with random pieces of boards and beach toys and stuff swirling in it for particles

/Dance- Peter Griffin dance from the family guy episode where he is obsessed with the surfing bird song, with a record player nearby (maybe song playing?)

/joke- "Haven't you heard? It was my understanding that everybody had heard that the bird is the word"

/Taunt- "you seriously need surfing lessons before you even TRY these waves"

Death- "wipeout. Bummer dude."

Appearance - surf shorts, if you could make that work...wait anivias a girl...bird-kini??
