[Champion Concept] Skylar, The Unbroken
I'm not much of an artist, so i'm just going to describe how Skylar appears. If you're good at art and feel like drawing her, feel free to. This is a WIP Champion Concept, if you have any suggestions feel free to say them.
Skylar is a ranged assassin who specializes in locking down kills and high mobility in mid lane. Her design consists of half-shaved, long, and wavy brown hair, a white tank top, a black leather unzipped vest, 2 silver arm cuffs (one on each arm), ripped black jeans, and black combat boots. Her pistol guns are silver.
Base stats: Health: 520 Health Regen: +4.5 AA Range: 200 Attack Damage: 10 Attack Speed: 0.625 Armor: 20 Magic Resist: 25 Movement Speed: 350
Passive: Unwilling Revenge - Whenever an enemy champion is under 400 health near Skylar, Skylar gains +70% movement speed and +20% ability power for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds, Range: 600, Cost: None
Q: Longshot - Skylar shoots a bullet in a skillshot ability, dealing 80 magic damage to a single target that is hit. Cannot hit enemy units. Cooldown: 6 seconds, Range: 600, Cost: 60 Mana
W: Gunner's Dash - Skylar dashes to a target location, dealing 60 magic damage to all enemies in the area. Also a good tool for escaping sticky situations. Cooldown: 15 seconds, Range: 400, Cost: 40 Mana
E: Twin Shots - Skylar shoots a bullet out of each of her guns in a skillshot ability, dealing 75 magic damage and slowing all enemies that are affected by 15%. Cooldown: 12 seconds, Range: 550, Cost: 65 Mana
R: Dance of the Bullets - Skylar twirls around in a circle, rapidly shooting bullets at all enemies in the area. Skylar is able to move while casting this ability, and deals 90 magic damage and slows all enemies affected by 30% for 5 seconds. However, if Skylar gets slowed, stunned, snared, or terrified, her R will stop casting. This ability is similar to Katarina's R. Cooldown: 95 seconds, Range: 600, Cost: 100 Mana
Lore: There was once a very quiet girl. She lacked friends at her home village in Ionia, and would sit inside most of the day. She was outcasted and even bullied by her fellow villagers. Her parents were very concerned for her, and brought her to a shaman. The shaman told her that it would be difficult to cure her after all these years of shutting herself away from people. Outraged, she ran home, knowing that the world would never favor her. She felt like destroying everything in her sight. A few weeks later, the shaman was found shot to death, and his home was demolished. The sheriffs could not figure out who had done the crime. The next day, a villager's home was lit on fire. Nobody could figure out who it was, but they thought that it was a crime spree. On that same day, this girl's parents were found shot to death. Similar acts were being committed around town for weeks after that. After local gossip had made its way around town, the sheriffs targeted the young girl, thinking that it was her who committed these acts. They sent out an entire squad of warriors, and even a few brave and determined villagers. But when they tried to arrest her, she retaliated. In a matter of seconds, all of the men coming to catch her were shot dead. She hunted down every last enemy, everybody that had bullied her, everyone that had made her life miserable. She shot them all to death skillfully. But after realizing what she had done, she forgot who she was. She did not even feel human. Ashamed and horrified of what she did, she ran away into the hills and hid away there forever, becoming an outlaw who shot innocent people for their possessions or wealth. But she knew she couldn't stay so low for long, so she gave herself a new identity: Skylar, the Unbroken. She promised to only use her skill with weapons for good. After this, she joined the League of Legends, in hopes of rising to the top.
