The ability to kick someone out in pregame lobby

This needs to happen, especially when a certain person is hinting at toxicity and decides to play a troll champion, just for the heck of it. Obviously all 4 people have to agree to kick that individual out of the game, and he will suffer the same dodge penalties, I think LoL needs to get more strict with trolls and toxic individuals.
