Idea for A New Game Mode Sometime in the Future?

Okay so I just thought of a game mode that I think would be cool and could be part of the new game rotation. I was thinking of combining One For All and URF together. So everyone gets the same champion and you get short cd on abilities. With the mana, I was thinking of every ability having a low mana cost....or maybe cost no mana at all. I just thought it would be a cool and fun game mode, something new that could be added to the rift. What are your thoughts on this?
