The link is a suggestion of what the champion should look like. :)

Jaws the shallows predator. A Great White Shark themed character for league of legends I think would be great in my opinion. I picture Jaws as a shark with 2 legs and bulky arms. Jaws also would be about the size as the champion ZacZac . Jaws would have armored shoulder pads and be shirtless. He also would have on sharp fins on his back and legs and also hold a sharp jagged sword the shape of a shark tooth. Jaws should be a tank/fighter and have razor sharp teeth. His passive should be a feast sort of ability, for example after attacking a champion 3 times Jaws will gain movement speed and take more damage upon that champion. His Q could be more attack damage and speed for his sword, and his sword could drip blood and water. His W should be something like blood senses, when w is pressed Jaws can see all the enemy champions with less than 50% even when hidden in bushes or enemy base. For Jaw's E, Jaws could spit out a mouth full of clear water on to an enemy slowing the enemy and taking damage. Finally Jaws Ult could be the taste for blood, after pressing W Jaws ult will pop up and once pressed Jaws will grow at a huge rate, gain move movement and attack speed, and take more damage to the enemy champions under 50% health. Jaws lore could be from Bildgwater, but leaves and becomes independent, Jaws constantly tries fighting for the swamps but Tahm KenchTahmKench is perfectly matched for Jaws and they can't seem to take each other until they both are dead. Jaw's his allies could be FizzFizz and his rivals could be Tahm KenchTahmKench . I hope you think about adding Jaws into league of legends, if the name Jaws is seen as a copyright here are some more ideas "Great Megaleodon" Riptide, Killer Blacktip, and Spike McBites. Hope you like the idea thanks. :)

Getting vibes from the old 90's TV show Street Sharks here. The 90's were a weird time.

..Google it, kids. :P

So, first things first: formatting. A giant block of text is REALLY hard to read, especially when it's description and kit all rolled into one. Paragraph breaks and formatting are your friends for getting comments / critique. Definitely look to improve that in future concepts: it makes people more inclined to read them, and it makes them far easier to quote and comment on.

So a thing Riot has been trying to move away from recently is champions that are, effective, binary stat checks. Warwick is one of the classic examples of this: either he catches you and forces you to fight him, or you get away. If he catches you he either wins or loses without much input from his player: Warwick's abilities have very little room to express player skill, and very little timing dependency.

Jaws is a similar champion. his passive, Q, and Ult are just steroids. His W is not of much help in combat. His E is the only move he can miss at all. So PLAYING him is basically just a matter of right-clicking wildly and occasionally pressing E. There's no interesting interactions, no skill expression, no choices -- just a ball of attack speed running at something and clicking them to death.

I'd recommend going back to the drawing board and looking at what you want out of the character, and then how to build a kit around it in a way that encourages champion mastery, or at least gives more choice than "get near opponent and press all buttons in roughly any order."
