Hi League of Legends/Riot Games, I wanted to share my idea on a new champion, and my friend showed me how to contact you. First, I would love to have a Bat themed champion and you could somewhat base him off the DC comics Batman if possible, Finally, I have on suggestion for his abilities, you can give him bat-gear, like Batman's like his bat-rangs and the spikes on his armored gloves. I really put some effort into this idead, and I hope you like it.

So Riot has to sift through thousands of champion concepts, so it is unlikely they will see this one. You should try to make a more complete champion concept and title it with an interesting name. An interesting name is more likely to be seen and clicked upon. You should try to create more then just this idea. Create a whole kit, a whole lore, and/or a whole art concept. Cool idea though! I myself would absolutely LOVE a bat champion as for a while bats were my favorite animals by a long shot and still are pretty cool today. We also really don't have a bat like creature yet besides Anivia who is batlike in shape, but otherwise not at all similar.
A batman would probably be copyright, and not that original.
