Forecast Fortune (Skin Concept)

The concept of Forecast Fortune would be a matching skin for the Forecast Janna lane, the ideal looks of the skin would have Miss Fortune in a red trench coat, with black pants on along with a similar MIC to Janna's in her skin. Her auto attacks could either be kind of icy white clouds, or hail fragments.

** Passive ** : The icon for Love Tap could potentially be either a small black cloud with a strike of lightning out of it, or a dark blue raindrop, lighting up the respective colours upon hit.

** Q ** : Double Up could be alike the auto attacks, being either a cloudy sort of projectile or hail pieces.

** W ** : Not much to throw in here, but would give a windy sort of effect such as Janna's Zephyr Passive rather than Miss Fortune's usual red hearts.

** E ** : Make it Rain would be changed to a large cloud that rains down heavy rain and with visuals of lightning on the location its place, thought the idea would seem nice, along with the matching name!

** R ** : Bullet Time doesn't seem like there is too too much to throw in, perhaps a snowstorm sort of effects for the bullets, along with a more intense snowstorm for the critical strike Bullet Time.

I feel like the two skins would look very nice together in lane, and that this concept could be very pretty itself! Her taunts could be similar to Janna's, but instead of a thundercloud, she could have a rain cloud which pours on her, wet her hair until the animation is over, and could have the same display taunt as Janna with the telecom.
