Collection Skin Tab: Hiding Unobtainable Skins

Hey guys, I was wondering what your opinions would be on being able to hide skins that are like COMPLETELY unobtainable at the time (for the most part) such as Silver Kayle, Black Alistar, Past Victorious Skins, etc. I ask this because I really enjoy having, atleast visually a full collection, and with these present, it sort of just is taunting me hah. I was wondering on your opinions about changing it so you can toggle on and off these skins, so you could have a 'full' collection of everything you're able to get. I was also wondering about the idea of wishlists, so you can have your favourite skin for each champion listed in client without having a notepad doc needed, along with possibly letting other players view your wishlist incase they wanted to get you a gift or whatnot etc.
