In a similar style of the Mecha Kha, Aatrox and Malphite line.

He doesn't use an ax for basic attacks, because his Q has a cool effect where he builds one out of energy.

Passive: He overheats, and his fists begin to spark.

Q: His fists begin to grow a laser Ax as he charges. It looks similar to Mecha Aatrox's sword, then slam it down.

W: Particle Future-y shield.

E: Pulse comes out from his mouth.

R: Transforms into a vehicle akin to a train with rockets coming out of the back. Everyone on the map hears a futuristic noise akin to CHOO CHOO.
