I think we need a character inspired by Sheik/Zelda and that it has been a long time coming.
The kit swap will be a channel. It fits perfectly. We make it so the change takes 0.5 - 2 seconds longer to channel if you are visible to enemies route- as in in the same bush or out in the open with them/ wards in the bush- could be flavor to justify the hints that would be there for the other champions- could also provide something possibly interesting for combat since she will have to think ahead or be out of view for at least one second to switch fast enough to make a difference, could also encourage the use of oracle lens/control wards since those are vital to higher elo play.

To sell that she is, well, a she, she doesn't respond to female characters saying anything to handsome men other than an uncomfortable "....". and **while I know that their 'Zelda' doesn't need to follow Nintendo's exactly, that magic[biological gender alteration] would be too powerful for the character, she's not Syndra! At most she can change her clothes and her equipment(not the items in her inventory). She's devoted, she's determined, disciplined, and while she's at it, polite.
Her voice lines talk about strategy and subtly hint at the more difficult things to grasp in league so anyone listening is reminded of what to do. She's the kind of champ that needs to outsmart you, not just overpower you; yes being a force of nature is fun, but I've been personally developing I liking for the spiderman-esq characters, the ones that out smart and or out maneuver you for the kill. The mage would be an enchanter mage type with difficulty getting away and would need to trust their team's peel to keep them safe; the assassin would be maneuverability and the ability to peel for themselves and would be where the actual brains would be needed. Alternatively they could be locked in to picking a form at level 3 encouraging a knowledge of team comps and synergy, perhaps part of her passive is the change and until level 18 she can only change whenever she levels. at that point she can change once a minute or stays as whatever was picked.
Her lore needs to explain it: Her family house has been taken over and she is on a quest accruing more and more skills, equipment and magic as well as a 3rd party she can trust to aid her take back her fortress of a home and liberate her family.
As she is a noble Sett could totally hate her guts as her mage self, or be suspicious of the 'young man' who seems to conceal as much of himself as possible; it doesn't pay as the boss to not keep an eye on the quiet suspicious type, don't want 'his' sort making off with the till especially.
