You know....

As someone who has climbed with 3 different roles at 3 different times (4-5 role 24/7 players laughing) I have learned one thing. Being toxic towards a "trash team" is not something you want to do, in many cases you won't even go the extra mile to 'screen ' your teammates. This behavior does not make many a person want to be the teammate you'd send a friend request, they're gonna try to prove their worth at the level they are currently, which I know for a fact, you do not want. I don't want to hear anything like, "but they..." because that is victimhood, everyone here is learning a game made by people most of us don't know personally, these teammates have things they learned that you didn't and vice versa, sometimes the enemies can capitalize on what they don't know, so it's not that they are trash, it's another lesson for them, it's that you are insulting people when you could be critiquing and learning instead, it's that you are treating people as 2D when you definitely should not be. Your elo depends upon it. Be a morale booster, not a morale sledge hammer. I know it's hard to do, but if you can push yourself a bit further on developing this skill, it won't just have in-game benefits. I'm not challenger, but I've made the decision to: 1) Push ahead and learn from my replays despite the bitter taste in my mouth. 2) Not accept friend requests in ranked.
