New Champion- Alexender, the One Man Army

Lore: Alexender is a loyal back ops soldier of Noxus, and the son of one of the royal families of Noxus. After returing home from a long fight finds his family killed, all but his sister, who tells him it was Swain who ordered the kill . Alexender wants revenge, and in order to that he needs get close to Swain, to figure out who else was involved, and to do what he knows best... Eliminate the target. Role: ADC Passive: Incoming- if an enemy gets in melee range, Alexender will pull out his knife, stabbing the enemy and dealing armor pen and causing the target to bleed, it can miss if not facing the enemy or the enemy gets away. Q- Prototype 84- Passive: he wields a Shotgun with 6 rounds, after shooting all of them or not shooting he reloads it for a couple of seconds, can be decreased by building AS Active: rolls forward, able to dodge skillshots and folds the barrel to deal more dmg W- Blood grenade- skillshot, throws a grenade full of shrapnel that have been cursed with blood magic, if the grenade hits directly it does extra armor pen and dmg, if it hits the ground the shrapnel stay for a couple of seconds and slow everyone who hits them E- Hidden armory- after shooting all six shots on enemy champions, can use a hidden handgun with one shot inside his gauntlet, the handgun has more range but less dmg R: Run n' gun- Alexender reloads a bigger magazine, runs and slides forward, firing at all targets within line of sight, dealing extra dmg and armor pen Design: I got influenced greatly by The Punisher, so I would like Alex to look as hardcore and military like as him, some dark boots, pants and short dark hair, and have some influence from his country,Noxus, so a dark red jacket or coat, same as for the guns and grenade, maybe even some red and black face paint

So what do you think? Will this be a good Champ to play with?

It just sounds like graves If graves and the black cleaver we're literally the same thing with the ability to buy another black cleaver and, hell, even a last whisper item. It also doesn't really fill in any unique space. It would be bland in a world with vayne, Lucian, and xayah. We have a lot of edgy adc's, don't need more.

The gun should be part of the passive. Make the stab his q active instead of a passive (Point and click bleed debuff). W can be a dodge mechanic that makes him untargetable, If he has already been targeted, then it still lands. E: grenade that slows and flat armor debuff. R: fires all loaded rounds at once as a skillshot dealing all of their damage in a single instance, Passively grants him larger mag size for each level of ult. An alternative way to make him, would so he would have to manually load each shell Q: Loads a round into the gun (1 sec CD) damage on autoattacks scales off of his q level, and at level three he loads two at once, and level five three at once. Thus without loaded rounds, he is a melee with his knife dealing 50% total AD and causing the enemy to bleed for 50% total AD over two seconds. Bleeding targets are slowed by 5% at level 1 and 35% at 18. Somewhere someone had the idea for a cowboy champion, I remember editing the champion with my ideas.
