LORE kei was born in a monk village and put to training at a very young age, luckily for him he could generate ki faster than the other children aswell as contain more in his body makeing his trainings easier to the point he did better than most students in advanced training, ki is a force in his world that through training and what seems like a gods blessing you may gain and control to your will... it has the power to completely restrict every command you give to your body for example if your hit with a strong enough ki blast you cannot move your arms and legs nor head but if it is stron enough it can even stop your heart from beating killing you... the ki temple monks have made a rule to never exceed a limit... that limit is just under the requirement of ki to completely stop the heart from beating and killing you for they are mostly pacifist's... now back to kei, after training his whole life takeing the code of the ki temple monks as his own he set out to see the world with his own eyes... he stumbled upon ionia intrigued by its connection to nature after staying for one week in ionia he set out once more leaveing many friends he made behind... he then came upon demacia intrested in its strong resolve, he came inside its borders and stayed for about a week or two before he decided to set out once again but he found himself at the institute of war, he found it was intresting to fight for glory of your homeland, he thought maybe he could change the ways oh many champions and summoners alike and make them consider changeing they're mindset on things...

ABILITYS

PASSIVE

ki: kei has a strong connection to ki allowing him to store large amounts in his body, this amount is represented by his mana bar turning it yellow instead of blue and he has a second mana bar to show how much ki he has charged into his abilitys ki is like energy and he regains it very quicklyas his second ki bar decreses his charge bar increases new items will appear in his shop that can increase his ki power his abilitys scale off his ki power... ki power inproveing items can have other effects aswell like AD, move speed, armour, magic resist, ect

ki blast: kei begins chargeing a blast of kei while doing this the longer he charges to more damage it does, although while he charges after he raises the blast orb over his head it will begin to lose range but continue to increase its power, soon he will just fire it under him when his ki bar completely depletes this ki blast can harm turrets aslong as its being held above him... it cannot destroy turrets only bring them to a point where they can be destroyed easier it does half the dmg it would do to champions if its held above is head to turrets that it hits... the cooldown for ki blast varys upon how long he charges it for small blasts doing little dmg are very fast and have a low cooldown they large blasts can have very large cooldowns and are slower but do large amounts of dmg small blasts -20/40/60/80/100 large blasts - 50/100/150/200/250

W

ki rush: kei infuses ki into his hands converting him into a melee fighter for the rest of the abilitys lifespan... his hands will have a yellow aura and will cause him to dash to champions he targets that are within ranged basic attack range, if the enemy leaves his range via flash dash ect he will continue to dash until he lands where the enemy was last within range... 30/60/90/110/140

E

overload: kei's body begins to generate so much ki that it will make an aura around him acting as a sheild a bit later into the effect it will begin to increase to make a feild around him that slows and silences enemys withing range of the storm and will continue to grow until the effect ends... dureing this abilitys effect time kei will rapidly regen ki but this also lowers the chance of his sheild coming soon, for his sheild can only appear if his ki reaches maximum capacity on his ki bar... if he useing abilitys they will reduce his ki and his sheild will not activate unless he lets his ki reach max this aura acts as first a damage reduction then a full on sheild

the power of the ki temple: kei claps his hands forming multiple ki arms with hands to appear then he commands then to smash everything around him, he will then charge a ki blast so powerful it will completely deplete his ki reserves after he will shoot a beam infront of him includeing a blast of ki around him any enemys that are hit by the ki arms or the surrounding blast after are knocked up by the hands then stunned by the blast, enemys hit by the beam are stunned ki arms - 100/200/300 beam - 150/300/450 surrounding blast - 200/400/600 this scales with ki power enhanceing items the beam is global

ITEMS

temples grace: increases ki power by 25% and gives the temples grace effect temples grace increases the charge speed of keis abilitys

ki prowess: grants 100 ki power to kei and allows him to launch 3 ki blasts alsong as they are under 25% charge

monks blessing: grants 80 ki power and gives kei monks blessing aswell as to all allys within range granting enhanced health and mana regen

ki god borei: gives kei 120 ki power and grants him boreis gift, boreis gift is also granted to all nerby allys aslong as they are within range, it grants ability power to allys and ki recharge enhancements to kei

head monks wisdom: grants clarity to kei granting him ki instead of mana, if he has this item it converts the summoner spell clarity into "head monks wisdom" aswell

steadbast training: grants 70 ki power and gives kei 100 armour and magic resist when he is harmed

chosen in champion select: peace can be achived only threw clarity of ones mind...

kills a champion: the head monk shall not be pleased with me alternate: may borei accept you...

buys temples grace: may i be graceful for my team and all future teams to come...

buys ki prowess: ah! and enhancement to my skills

buys monks blessing: may the monks of our past assist us in this fight for peace

buys ki god borei: may borei watch over us...

buys head monks wisdom: i hope the the wisdom i have gain thrw the head monk assists me in the future...

buys guardian angel: may borei protect me from death so i may serve his wishes in the futures to come!

buys steadfast training: my will shall never be pulled down!!!

!NOTICE! before you flame me about how much you think kei sucks... please take into account i thought we needed another champion that was very fluent with nature and maybe he would be a pacifist

TIPS

use keis W when your about to gap close enemys

use keis E to reduce dmg and sheild yourself as escape abilitys or to make sure some fool that attacks you doesent have an easy time getting away alive

use kei's R dureing 5v5 teamfights to give your team an advantage, also try to aim his ki beam at people that try to run away from the fray to save their own skin, the beam may kill them or make them more desperate to heal rather than help fight who knows you might just get a kill or two

if you obtain all ki items you can become a powerful damage output on the map

!ANOTHER NOTICE! if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all, i want positive comments on this concept, cause i only want so see comments people make if they are suggesting what i should change about him rather than being a billy and saying "OMFG THIS CONCEPT SUCKS AND YOU SUCK TOO PERSON I'VE NEVER MET!!!" (screw you billy) (not being said to any billys that arnt the kind of "billy" im talking about)
