Rerolls

Whenever we reroll skin shards or any of the sort, they become permanent shards. The problem here is that if we already own the champion for the skin shard, we don't have a choice but to keep that skin—even if we don't want it.

Can't Riot just make it a permanent shard like they do if we don't own the champion? That way, we could choose if we wanted the skin or if we wanted to keep the shard for another reroll.

The same thing applies to other loot such as skin wards or icons and such.
