An Idea about voice chat in the new champion select.

Because the new changes in the loading screen, I think having chat and a public voice chat would be great ONLY with the option to participate in it or not. Forcing everyone into a voice chat can bring too much toxicity but if we have the option to turn it on or off and SHOW which player is participating in voice chat or not during champselect and(or) in-game would be great for strategizing and communicating.
