Riven's base skin is already a wastelander type, just not as dusty. This seems more like a Vi or Diana concept.

Made an edit where I added orange body armour (the kind that sticks to the skin, like the Metroid Zero suit) in addition to some "classy" 80's fishnet, hip armour and a circuit tattoo. http://i.imgur.com/q1oZZbE.png

I do not need permission to edit ArtOfBenG's Fallout Riven. I have not used it for commercial purpose, nor have I claimed ownership. I follow the rules and respect other people's work. As you have already credited the artist in your OP, I saw no reason to do it in a sub post ;) And the signature is still there.
