Made an edit where I added orange body armour (the kind that sticks to the skin, like the Metroid Zero suit) in addition to some "classy" 80's fishnet, hip armour and a circuit tattoo. http://i.imgur.com/q1oZZbE.png

Riven's base skin is already a wastelander type, just not as dusty. This seems more like a Vi or Diana concept.
