Trust factor in ranked games

Hello everyone that read that :) First i want to say that my English is bad but i hope you understand what my idea is.

My idea for the next season in ranked is a Trust factor

Ex: If you verified your account with your Phone you can select an options that means Trust Mode if you select it you only play against other players that also selected it and if you reached the 2~3 games that you were afk in you can't play Trust mode for 2-3 months. I got this idea because i think with a Trust mode you get teammates that are more motivated to play and it reduce the Trolls and AFK player (for this Trust mode)

(If Phone verification is not enough it can be also a Honor Lv + Phone verification for it)

I think this was the greatest idea in league of legends to fix this fucking issue with toxic people that is trolling afking feeding etc. Give him love because this was the greatest idea i have seen in a good time.
