How to climb in EUNE

I know this has nothing to do with the thread really, but I can't see EUNE without thinking about a former prominent board poster. I (don't) miss that guy, he got challenger in EUNE for a couple days and declared himself the best mid lane player in the world. He used to say the darndest things on the boards,

Even though people climb in that region to challenger, then move their account to EUW to fuck with their ladder?

That is a probability but people like me who's d4 who's actually trying to climb is impossible since there are mad fked up jnglers there
