|CHAMPION CONCEPT| Enoc - Guardian angel

I had one concept already, but let's hope this one will do better.
I really want more supports in the game and so my concept is about support class. And YES again yordle..
Let's start with some lore:
Enoc - Guardian angel
Before Enoc got his blessing, he was living in Bandle city as guardian of purity. Enoc promised his life to serve for good, protect innocent, and punish evil. He was a skilled archer, but the main reason he was able to kill demon spirits were hextech arrowheads made by Heimerdinger. They could penetrate magic, shields and disable every effect. One night he was hearing voice screaming with similiar noise around. He found out that noise was what evil spirits do. But he didn't know what the voice should mean. So beautiful voice, had to scream. So pure and clean. And scream was so painful and full of woe. One day he could see something what he have never seen before. An angel appeared before his eyes. Her beautiful face was full of tears. She wasn't alone. She came to Enoc with another angel lying in pain. That angel had patterns of black magic on him. His scream was exactly same like what Enoc heard before. She said to Enoc, that he was corrupted by black magic and she knows that Enoc guard Bandle city from demons. With seas of tears in her eyes, she wanted Enoc to kill the corrupted angel to end his suffering. She said that angels are immortal, but if he will be successfull, Enoc will become an angel for his services against evil. With hextech arrowheads, Enoc penetrated angels heart, from where dark magic patterns started. Disabling all magic, hextech arrowheads did their work. Looking at dead angel, Enoc got blessing and two majestic wings came from his back. Enoc started to scream, with sorrows dropping on the dust. He killed a being that was holy and so pure. After while he pleased into the skies that he don't want blessing to be angel but rather wish to give life back to dead angel. After while of screams, one of his wing started to dissappear slowly. Dead angel took a breath and came back to life right when Enoc's wing dissappeared. He was surprised why the second one on the left side of his body was still there. That angel's sister said, that Enoc sacrificed his gift given to him and he gave a wing for a life, but with his behavior and what Enoc did, he deserve to keep the angels blessing. After that Enoc with one wing given for life and one still on his left side of the back closer to his heart, went with angels to fight the evil. In golden armor, golden helmet with aurora on it, golden bow with silver feathers on it and one wing, Enoc is considered as guardian angel of all good.
My bad englando didn't wish Enoc's lore, buuut em, I hopefully you can solve what I wrote 
About Enoc's skills:
P - Angel's Wish - Whenever an ally dies, Enoc will grow second spiritual wing and can revive one ally instantly. Cooldown 120 sec.
Q - Holy feathers - Enoc swings his wing and release golden feathers in triangle radius, if it hits an enemy - he blinds him for 3 seconds. if it hits an ally - grants attack speed.
W - Angels mark - Enoc marks a location on the ground, allies standing in that circle get regeneration, after few seconds get shield.
E - Hextech Dreamchaser - Enoc shoot an arrow, if he hits an enemy, creating path behind enemy, increasing movement speed for Enoc and allies if they are on the path, and disables all positive effects from that enemy.
R - Globaly Enoc can sacrifice his defensive stats, giving them to an ally for 15 sec. Enoc can cancel it. When an ally has less than 25% hp, effect doubles.
Oh and his quotes would be in "angel language"
