Northern/Tundra Hunter Pyke Totally Professional Concept

The basic idea has crossed my mind that he could not only get a volcanic skin but also an ice-themed skin, and now before anyone says that it'd be just a copy of his classic blue-ish water themed skin, let me explain:
THIS IS A 750/975 RP SKIN AT MOST
I "painted" the concept over his in-game model, for a visualization and drew the looks in like 15 mins.
He would wear somewhat of a pelt on his head (which is also like, his "cape") , either bear's or wolf's (colours: grey-ish both light and dark, black, brown, white), a hoodie with fur at the end or somewhat of a hat similar to the one that snow day gnar has, or (to put it simply) stereotypical russians have (not drawn, just google it, sheesh) .
his mask would be the fang of the said bear/wolf, most likely with blue "background", or like a snowflake or something for the heavy-snow-hat-thing, dunno, you can get creative with that one, His necklace (the thingy on his chest) would be a tooth, most likely shark's, the shark-jaw thing that he wears on his shoulders could be fish bones, moose antlers or ice spikes,
His belt would be dark colour/gray with the buckle made out of ice,
his pants would have a dark color, gray, dark blue or brown,
His boots are preferably thick, dark (brown/gray/black) fur (wolf's or bear's). (they can be white if you're going for the "lighter" theme (russian hat, snowflakes, it could be even winter wonder or snow day i don't really care)), his gloves would be like the boots in the tundra hunter version, in the snow day version you could just get like thick, red gloves (i dunno),
His weapon is either a harpoon or a sword-dagger thing that he normally has, except of course, those are made out of ice spikes (it's a single spike really, but it's "sharp edged" so that small spikes come out on sides, the dagger-thing has a handle made out of bone) with a fishing hook at the end (which could also be made out of ice, alternative could be that they're just made out of iron, but that ain't really so special)
His ability effects are light-snow-blue, icy, which is mainly the reason why it's either 750 rp or 975 rp, Passive- (regeneration) icy wing blowing around him Q- preferably always a harpoon W- Icy ghost (with cold wind) E- Icy ghost with a "freezing" look as the effect that it makes R - Ice spikes, the main pun being " sPYKEs " (or you know, like a "big boom" of snow, for the "lighter" theme)
Once again, I just thought about this concept, improvements are necessary (so is taking digital art classes, but this is still better than Ninja Ivern or Circus Yorick concept artwise Kappa). I apologise for any sort of mistakes when it comes to the whole text I wrote, english is not my native language and I have more important things to care about than grammar.
